Here at Victoria Gallery we are always looking for new ways to use our teas and coffees. With winter on in full force we are certainly missing summer.
To take us back to warmer weather, Cathy has come up with the perfect tea/sauce! Using our Blueberry Rooibos (or the Raspberry Rooibos), fresh berries, maple sugar, and lemon zest you can take your next desert from great to outstanding! Enjoy as simply as a tea or pour it over ice cream, whipped cream, pancakes, waffles, in smoothies, and countless other ways!

Your Favourite Berry Mix (any of your favourite berries or fruits!)
1 tbsp of Victoria Teas and Coffees Blueberry Rooibos or Raspberry Rooibos loose leaf tea
2 cups boiled water
Pure Maple Sugar to taste
1 tsp orange or lemon zest
Boil 2 cups for water
Add in 1 tbsp of Victoria Teas and Coffees Blueberry Rooibos or Rapberry Rooibos loose leaf tea
Steep tea for 10 minutes
Add tea to berry mixture
Mix in pure maple sugar to taste
Add a tsp of orange or lemon zest
