Should anything you purchase from Victoria's Teas and Coffees fail to meet your expectations, we will gladly provide you with a prompt exchange, refund or credit. To obtain an exchange, refund or credit please contact us first and provide us with details of the issue.

Returns must be sent prepaid and insured at the customer’s expense to:

If returning goods from the United States or International please DO NOT use a courier company. Add the ‘Return to Origin’ on the package.

Please return products within 14 days of receipt of delivery for full refund.
